Your employees embody your brand. How they feel about the brand, how they respect its positioning in the market and how they see their role as a part of that living brand is critical to brand integrity, and reflection in the market place.
This sort of a survey is a tool that we use to conduct confidential interviews with executives, employees, team leaders, and physicians. To this, we add the three magic questions of organizational development consulting: What do you like about this place the most, and why? What do you abhor about this place, and why? And if you could change anything at all, what would it be and why.

Once you’ve surveyed the employees, you’ll also have to decide what to do with the information.
For most business owners, it is both humbling and amusing to learn what the employees think about the organization, how they envisage their roles and contributions and their value to the organization.
You may wish to use a tool to preserve anonymity such as an online survey tool if you are not going to organize a survey such as this through an agency such as ours. To do otherwise would risk a “Hawthorne” effect and less than brutal honesty out of fear of retribution.
