Many of these providers were ambulatory surgery centers that were freestanding endoscopy centers, while others were hospital outpatient department extensions. - Hospital-employed salary: $262,000 (but significantly better benefits)

- Highest offered base salary (not including bonuses): $595,000
- Lowest offered base salary (not including bonuses): $287,000
