Laying the Foundation of a Successful Concierge Medical Practice

As a veteran healthcare management consultant with more than 30 years of practical experience, I am frequently engaged to help physicians plan, launch, change, or improve their medical practice operations. Three major accomplishments

In the first round of activity we need to work together to achieve three major milestones:

  1. Clarifying your business vision, model and concept
  2. Creating your business identify
  3. Organizing the business (legal, accounting, etc.)

Five major appointments you must keep

  • Scheduled meetings with the consulting team
  • Meeting with the Graphic Designer
  • Meeting with the Accountant
  • Meeting with the Lawyer
  • Meeting with the Web Specialist

You’ll have a project notebook from which to work, and you’ll receive a login to participate in IBM Blueworks Live which is the decision and process design environment we use at Mercury Advisory Group in which the whole team collaborates to make sure every milestone is met and completed. This project notebook will become your custom-built reference manual with many future uses. It will guide branding efforts, graphics and web developers, and everyone who works internally and externally. In fact, most clients tell us this is far more useful, flexible and Agile then the old fashioned Business Plan Document, because it is dynamic and alive. You’ll see!
